Enligt föreningens stadgar ska kallelse till årsmötet samt relevanta handlingar göras tillgängliga för medlemmarna senast 2 veckor innan mötet hålls. För att följa stadgarna har styrelsen i god tid lämnat in information till förvaltaren för att säkerställa att dessa kan vara klara med årsredovisningen i tid för detta viktiga möte. Förvaltaren har dock inte kunnat leverera sin del av arbetet enligt uppsatt tidsram. Styrelsen har varit i kontakt med förvaltaren angående detta och framfört missnöje kring hanterandet av ärendet, men har ännu inte fått återkoppling kring när förvaltaren förväntas färdigställa årsredovisningen.

På grund av dessa omständigheter har styrelsen varit tvungna att besluta om att Årsstämman (som planerats till den 19/5-24) måste flyttas. Det nya datumet för Årsstämman har ännu inte kunnat fastställas.

Styrelsen kommer att återkomma med nytt datum så snart förvaltaren inkommer med information och årsredovisning.

According to the bylaws of the housing association, the invitation to the Annual Meeting must be made available to the members 2 weeks before the meeting is held and contain all relevant documents. To comply with the bylaws, the board has submitted information to the company in charge of administration (so called "trustee") well in time to ensure that the trustee can complete the financial statements in time for this important meeting. However, the trustee has not been able to deliver their part of the work according to the set time frame. The board has been in contact with the trustee regarding this and expressed their dissatisfaction with the handling of the matter, but has not yet received feedback regarding when the trustee is expected to complete the financial statements.

Due to these circumstances, the board has had to decide that the Annual Meeting (which was planned for 19/5-24) must be moved. The new date for the Annual Meeting has not yet been determined.

The board will post the new date as soon as they receive information and the financial statements from the trustee.
